The considerate constructors scheme is a code of practices designed to regulate and improve the image of the construction industry in UK. Registered companies must display posters promoting registration with the scheme on and around site's hoarding. Although the brand-new building development that will arise, this does not guarantee that the developments which rise behind the labelled hoarding can always be termed considerate.
